People love to go under the sun and have a tan on the beach. Many of us enjoy soaking ourselves in the cold water to refresh ourselves while the sun is hot. I have been granted for a scholarship in a designing school in Prague. I have applied in a 6 month long course and after graduating from the short course I am going home again to establish my business here and put to use what I have learned. As early as now I have already looked for Prague apartments so it won’t be a hassle for me when I get started there.

I have chosen to go to Prague because years ago I have traveled to Europe and specifically visited Prague. I instantly got hooked with its culture, architecture, scenic spots and its people. No wonder that this city is the 6th among the most visited place in Europe. When I went there I saw a stream of tourists in the streets of Mala Strana. The famous sites and landmarks you can visit are the astronomical clock, Prague castle, the different museums, Vinohrady, and a lot more. If you’ll come to visit this city you surely can’t get enough of the place.

Scotland is a very beautiful country. I have the chance to see and experience the place just last year when we held our yearly vacation. My family and I visited our relatives and friends there. Many of them were dentists in Glasgow, some have specialized in cosmetic dentistry while others were emergency dentists. Because of the limited time we were not able to do dental businesses there. Instead went to the different hot spots there. We stayed in the George Square which is located in the heart of the city. I was amazed with the different statues which stand all over the place. The Victorian Glasgow city chambers were also featured in that area. Before we went home we had the chance to do some shopping in Buchanan Galleries and St. Enoch Centre. I bought some take home gifts for my friends. I really enjoyed our stayed there and I am really looking forward to visit Scotland again.

This holiday I will be going to Manchester to meet up with cousin. I thought of having a trip there at the same time I can have my teeth checked by my cousin. He is a cosmetic dentist Manchester and I am proud to say that he is one of the best dentists Southampton. He promised to me that he will be making my invisalign to realign my teeth and do other work ups for my dental care, also he told me that he would be taking time off from his demanding work so that we can go around the different to the different tourists attractions in their place. It will also be my first time to spend Christmas and New Year there so it would surely be memorable for me and my relatives.

Yearly my family and I travel to spend time with each other, to relax and stay away from a year’s work and stress. To get an idea on where to spend our vacation we scanned some travel books to see places that would captivate us. We have stopped to a page where there is a picture of a flamenco dancer and that instant we all thought of Spain Travel. In that immediate moment we all deliberated that it was time for us to explore the beauty of Spain. We made a reservation as early as we can since we are traveling in a cluster. It is difficult to book a group accommodation in Spain in a rush. We are all really excited to discover the different tourist destination that the place offers. It really seems like a nice place to have an escape from the noise and hustle of our work and take a break.

We are planning on having an outing to the beach with our relatives. It is our yearly getaway from a year’s works, school and stress. Since we are journeying in great numbers we are planning on having a convoy. We are six different families and every family is using their own car. But just two days ago the price of fuel went up, and then today we have heard from the news that by tomorrow afternoon there will be a price increase again. Because of the continuous gasoline price hike we are considering renting a coaster rather than using a number of cars. We can save more gasoline by using one vehicle for all of us. I wonder how vehicle owners can save more when prices of gasoline and diesel are sky high. It is hard to limit your transportation expense when traveling is a part of daily living. To set perimeter for our fuel expense for this trip we have made a list of the places we will visit and we looked for a nearer route so that we can limit our gas consumption. Nowadays everything is getting more expensive so we should know how to save even in just simple ways.

Statistically, the World Tourism Organization ranked 10 countries that were most visited in the year 2006. Most are noted to be on the European continent with France as the leading country visited with a total number of 79.1 million international tourist arrivals. Also included in the top visited countries is Spain, United States, People’s Republic of China, Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, Austria and Russia. With the rising competition among countries, the promotion for tourism by fostering attractions is also at a high. People travel to see various attractions such as the National Mall and memorial parks in Washington DC, the Great Wall of China in China, the Colosseum in Rome, Italy, Taj Mahal in Agra, India and so much more. At present more attractions are being developed as the search for additional Wonders of the World is being held.

Tourism is very important and vital to most countries. Tourism has become a popular global leisure activity. In 2006, there were over 846 million international tourist arrivals. Countries protect and build up Tourism because it helps their people in a lot of ways. One of which is that it brings in money for the business sector. With the goods and services availed by tourists, the opportunity for employment in the service industries increase. These service industries include transportation services, accommodation, and other hospitality industry services. More taxi drivers and sailors with their crew are being employed since most of the tourists have no other means of transportation. Hotels and other types of venues serve as a way to provide temporary residence. This way it provides movement for all purposes for varying types of tourists.

Travel, as its definition states, is the change in location of people on a trip, or the process of time involved in a person or object moving from one location to another. Three general reasons for travelling include Commuting, Trade and Tourism. People may travel in order to reach a destination. It may also be work-related. There are a lot of jobs that do not settle in just one place, especially in big companies. Or sometimes, travel becomes business-based. As for the majority, people travel as tourists. They explore different places they haven’t been before. People travel for recreation, for leisure; to visit their friends and families. Others may consider it as an escape from their world. Those who feel the need to find their selves go to certain places to find peace and relaxation. As for me, I travel to keep close family ties since our family resides at different locations. I also have reasons of just having fun for a while and release the stress. For whatever purpose, travelling serves as one of my enjoyed moments.

More often than not, with air flights, it would take passenger hours before they reach their destination. With this reason, it is necessary to spend the travel hours in comfort. But comfort should not stand alone, the clothes one must wear should also be appropriate for travel. Shorts, High heeled shoes and Cologne are No-no’s in riding an airplane. The plane usually provides sufficient conditioning units. Sometimes, the temperature can exceed one’s tolerance for cold if shorts are worn. High heeled shoes are not advised since it can not only cause discomfort during longer flights, but also will be unusable. There were also instances where they can cause potential damage on the interiors of the cabin. Also wearing powerful-smelling deodorant or cologne may bother other passengers since the aircraft interior is usually cramped. Always remember to wear something comfortable and elegant, relaxed and natural.
